Motiti Drive, Papamoa- Custom New Build

In the past, Jordan had built several new homes for Gareth and Nikki, so when it came to their dream home- they called Jordan right away!

With their two kids growing up fast, they found their dream location on Motiti Road, with gorgeous (potential) seaviews and an old house on the site. Their dream was bigger than renovating, they removed that old house and started with a clean slate.

They wanted to custom build a new home- perfectly suited to the way they live. With three bedrooms, each with their own tiled ensuite bathroom, an incredible outdoor area, connecting out from their large open planned kitchen, dining and lounge area. To cool down- all they hadve to do now is to step out on to their deck into the pool. A dream come true! This home was a massive project, with custom engineered steel beams having to be craned in, and the cantilevered bedroom upstairs creating the luxurious downstairs outdoor living space.
